Gold open faced Jacquemarts quarter repeater

A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced skeletonized quarter repeating keywound watch with Jacquemarts, circa 1825. Gilt finished skeletonized movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, three armed balance, repeating on a gong activated through a push button in the crown. Central white enamel chapter ring with Arabic numerals, two tri-colored gilt classical figures chiming individual bells for the hours and quarters, surrounded by cornucopia and a flower filled basket. Polished case, coin edge band. Accompanied by a winding key. Case numbered and stamped OPG.
