A fine and large Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced chronograph keyless lever watch, circa 1905. Keyless jewelled lever movement. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Large case, hinged engine turned case back, chronograph operated through button in crown, locking slide in the band. Case, dial and movement signed by watchmaker, cuvette signed by watchmaker and retailer.
