A rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever watch with 24 hour dial, circa 1934. Jewelled keyless lever movement. Gold cuvette with monogram. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and outer scale indicating 24 hours. Plain case. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed and numbered.
