A very rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dual movement watch with dual time indication and date made for the Turkish market, circa 1850. Gilt dual lever movement. Gilt dial plate with two-colour gilt floral raised decoration, four silver subsidiary dials indicating hours and minutes with Roman numerals, hours and minutes with Turkish numerals, date with Arabic numerals and date with Turkish numerals. Milled band, engine turned case back with blank cartouche surrounded by translucent red enamel foliate pattern.
