A rare American 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever watch, circa 1880. Jewelled lever movement, minute repeating on two steel hammers onto two gongs. Rose gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, red Arabic numerals for five minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. Engine turned case, hinged case back with blank cartouche. Movement and case signed and numbered, dial signed.
