Fine and rare open faced repeating keyless lever by Patek Philippe

A very fine and rare Swiss gold open faced two train trip minute repeating keyless lever watch, circa 1899. Retailed by Hansel, Sloan & Co, Hartford, Connecticut. Nickel finished two train jewelled lever movement, repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs. Inscribed gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and gold Louis XV style hands. Hinged case back monogrammed WRC, trip repeating through the crown. Case, dial and movement signed, movement and case also signed by retailer, case and movement numbered.
