A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever chronometer pocket watch, circa 1922. Nickel finished lever movement, 21 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding. Gold cuvette inscribed Vacheron Constantin Genève, Chronomètre, Bulletins de 1re classe a Obervatoire de Genève et Teddington 1er Prix au Concours de Genève. Engine turned silvered dial, polished chapter ring with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and gilt hands. Polished case, blue enamel monogram to the hinged back. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed and numbered.
