A Swiss 18 carat gold full hunting cased Grande Complication watch with perpetual calendar, minute repetition and moon phases, circa 1895. Highly complicated and absolutely rare, high-quality nickel bridge movement with six screwed chatons, minute repetition with two hammers on two gongs, polished screws and steel parts, gold mechanism, anchor escapement with visible anchor stones and balance weight. White enamel dial, six hands of which 2 blued steel pear hands and four small gold calendar hands. Heavy, plain case, punched ‘Women’s Head’ and ‘L’ for Le Locle. Comes with the original leather box.
