A museum like gold pair case gold enamel verge watch with matching chatelaine with finest enamel painting by Freres Esquivillon & Dechoudens, Genèva,  circa 1760. An 18 Carat gold, case worked in multi coloured gold colours, both sides with gem stone decoration, back blue enamelled, oval enamel plaque with finest high quality painting, opening button also decorated with a gemstone, plain inner case, case and movement with matching number, case additionally with maker’s mark M.C with crown, signed and numbered verge movement, signed enamel dial in excellent condition, presumably original hands set with gems, matching chatelaine in exceptional quality, worked in silver and pink gold, also set with gemstones, four oval plaques with finest enamel painting, key and seal pendant as well, back pierced, floral motif. The watch is in this condition a museum piece. It is extremely rare that to these splendid watches the corresponding chatelaines are still present! The key square is unfortunately worn and no longer usable. The watch is in very good condition! None of the five enamel plaques is damaged or restored!
