A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1912. The gilt manual wind jewelled moustache lever movement with a cam regulator and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer track for the minutes, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and yellow gold spade hands. The solid hinged case back is engine turned and monogrammed. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
