The white enamel dial features black Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and rose gold tone Louis XVI style hands. The timepiece is housed in a round 18 carat yellow gold engine turned case with a highly polished smooth caseback featuring a central circular cartouche, a fluted winding crown, a push piece near the neck, and a round suspension bow. The gold inner cuvette is signed by the retailer A la Gerbe d’Or, A Chapus fils, 88 rue de Rivoli, Paris.
