A fine Swiss 18K gold and enamel keyless lever lady’s pendant watch with an 18K gold, enamel and pearl-set brooch, circa 1840. Accompanied by the original tortoiseshell-covered fitted presentation box. Foliate engraved case, pierce and engraved scroll band with three egg and gourd-shaped drops on suspension chains, the back cover decorated with a painted on enamel cup of flowers, white and royal blue enamel border, detachable brooch fitting set en suite and with split-pearls.

Hinged gold cuvette, the interior with engraved dedication. Matte gold dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, floral engraved centre and gold spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with five adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed.
