A fine Swiss 18K gold, enamel and pearl-set pocket watch, circa 1795. The back is decorated with translucent aquamarine enamel over sunray engine-turning, pearl-set bezel and border.  White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions and gold poire hands. A gilt brass full plate movement, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, three-arm brass balance, flat balance spring, pierced and engraved continental cock with polished steel endplate, and an index regulator on a silvered plate.
