A French 18 Carat gold open faced key wind blue enamel and diamond-set pocket watch, circa 1880. Ten jewel gilt brass Swiss bar design movement with cylinder escapement.
White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track with five minute numerals and gilt Breguet style hands.
Case with a milled band and blue guilloché enamel to the bezel and back, the back banded by an old brilliant cut diamond set border and cursive M, cuvette signed Vallet à Paris.
