A decorative, French, key winding, open faced Lépine pocket watch with digital hours and minutes, circa 1830-1840. Round shaped 18 Carat yellow gold case with a guilloché engine turned case back. Silver guilloché engine turned dial with two apertures for the digital hours and the minutes. Gilded brass movement with going barrel, cylinder escapement, monometallic balance (gilded brass) and blued steel flat hairspring.
