A French verge oignon with enamel dial in a silver case, circa 1720. Deep full plate fire gilt fusee movement, slender Egyptian pillars. Gilt pierced and engraved bridge cock, three-arm steel balance with spiral blue steel hairspring. Nicely chased and engraved silver regulator index with blue steel indicator. White enamel dial, black Roman and Arabic numerals. Wound through the white enamel dial with the blue steel hands. Silver case, back decoratively chased and engraved, gilt pendant and ring bow.
