A rare French gold, enamel and pearl set cylinder pendant watch, circa 1820.
Gilt frosted navette shaped movement, cylinder escapement.
Navette shaped white enamel peripheral dial with Arabic numerals, blued spade hands, above the balance oscillating against a steel plate. The case with filigree gold wire work, translucent blue enamelled flowers, pearl decoration, vase shaped enamelled pendant, the center with a navette shaped aperture framed by a translucent cobalt blue enamel half pearl set border.
