A rare, French quarter repeating gentleman’s pocket watch with carillon, circa 1810. 18 Carat gold engine turned case with reeded band and case maker’s punch mark DLG. Signed enamel dial with Arabic numerals and blued Breguet hands. Frosted, fire gilt and partly florally engraved bridge movement with three hammers, three snake shaped blued gongs, going barrel, cylinder escapement and three arm ring balance.
