A French 14 Carat rose gold and enamel open faced cylinder pocket watch, circa 1810. Full plate gilt brass movement with finely pierced and engraved balance bridge, steel end piece, silver regulation, cylinder escapement and fusee.
White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, rose metal arrow hands.
Case with engraved bands and central enamelled panel to the reverse of three gaming gentlemen in period interior, plain polished outer case with cut out back revealing enamelling. Movement signed Ferdinand Berthoud a Paris.
