A fine Glashütte gold hunter cased watch, made by the watchmaking factory Union, in Glashütte, Saxony Germany, circa 1900. The full hunter case of this watch is crafted from 14 carat gold, has a number that matches the one on the movement and has a monogram on the front. The white enamel dial has an outer ring for the minutes and hours with black Arabic numerals for the hours, a subsidiary seconds dial and the original gold hands. The movement has a Glashütter precision lever escapement with a golden escape wheel, a fine adjusting device and screwed gold chatons.
Case, dial and movement are signed.
