Silver open faced coach clock by Ignatz Mägele

A rare quarter repeating German coach clock with alarm, quarter hour and hour self-strike, circa 1800.
Silver tiered case with signature “Pelissier in Hanau” and rear bell. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals for alarm, radial Roman hours, central alarm hand and blued Breguet hands. Full plate movement, firegilt, chain/fusee, moulded movement pillars, 2 florally engraved barrels, 4 hammers, verge escapement, large regulator scale, three-arm brass balance, florally engraved and pierced balance bridge.
