Very interesting French 18 carat gold open faced hour repeating pocket watch with self strike, circa 1810
Rare movement with two barrels for wheel train and striking train, cylinder escapement, repeating hours and half hours self striking, pendant with a release button, muting device.
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands. Engine turned case, case maker’s punch CC. Dial signed Breguet à Paris, movement signed Mce Naderhoff a Besancon.
