A Swiss hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch with chronograph, full calendar and moon phase, circa 1895.
Polished 18-carat gold case with a signed gold dome, glazed movement, pusher for repetition at 6, chronograph pusher at 2. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds and with aperture for moon phase, window for day and month, date indication and Louis XV hands. Divided 1/2 plate movement, frosted, gilt, ground bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, two hammers, two gongs, governor for repetition, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring.
