A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced split seconds chronograph keyless pocket watch with register made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1904. The nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with black Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and red Arabic five minute markers, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute register at 12 and fine hands. The smooth case with a split seconds chronograph pusher to the band at 11 o’clock, and the monogram MA on the reverse. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
