A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930. Sold on January 4th, 1937. The movement with a lever escapement and 18 jewels. Silvered dial with raised gold indexes and outer minute dots, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and dauphine hands. A plain case. Case, dial and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the production of this watch in 1930.
