A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1925. The nickel finished lever movement with 18 jewels, a bimetallic compensation balance and wolf’s tooth winding. Silvered dial with applied Arabic hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade hands. A chased case, and the bezel, bow and bottom of the pendant are ornamented with black enamel. Case, dial and movement signed.
