A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced chronograph pocket watch with register made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1903. The manual wind nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12 and blued spade hands. A smooth case with the monogram JN on the reverse and a cuvette reading Jean Nouzaret. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
