A Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1938. The manual wind jewelled nickel lever movement is stamped twice with the Geneva seal, is fitted with 18 jewels, a cut bimetallic compensation balance and an index regulator. Silvered dial with baton hour indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and leaf hands. The plain case, with a snap-on back. Case, dial and movement signed.
