A very fine and rare, miniature, 18K gold and enamel pendant watch. Accompanied by a fitted red morocco gold tooled Desoutter box, made in 1850. Retailed by J. Silvani, 13-14 Kings Road, Brighton and Desoutter, 4 Hanover Street, London Gilt, bar movement, cylinder escapement, brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, index regulator.
Polished case, reeded bezel, the hinged and sprung back cover enameled with a single pink rose. Hinged gold cuvette.
Case with spring-loaded back cover decorated with a painted on enamel bouquet of flowers within an engraved flower and leaf border, reeded band. Gold hinged cuvette.
White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands.
