A very fine and large Swiss, keyless silver, deck chronometer with power reserve indication and Guillaume balance, circa 1940. Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 36-hour up-and-down indicator. Blued steel Spade hands. Frosted and gilt movement, 21 jewels (the escape wheel and lever with gold endplates), straight line lever escapement, anibal-brass Guillaume balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, spring-loaded micrometer regulator, pin-set. Dial, case and movement signed.
