A Swiss gold and enamel heart form pocket watch, circa 1850. Gilt cylinder movement. Circular cuvette. White enamel dial with hairlines. 18 Carat heart form case, the front with a polychrome enameled portrait of a lady holding a dove, the reverse with a Swiss mountain scene, both framed in translucent green enamel over engine turning (with losses) and scrollwork heightened with opaque blue enamel. Cuvette signed and numbered, case numbered.
