A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1912. 18”’ Movement, inscription to the gold cuvette. Gilt dial with guilloché centrefield, Breguet numerals to the matte chapter ring and subsidiary seconds. Engraved monogram to the case back. Case, dial and movement signed. With a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and an Extract from the Archives confirming sale in 1913.
