A rare and important German 18 carat rose gold open faced double chronograph watch with register, circa 1900. 1a Quality three quarter plate gilt movement, diamond endstone, jewels carried in gold chatons, cut bimetallic balance with gold screws, gold pallet and escape wheel, column wheel exposed chronograph, engraved balance cock. Triple sunk white enamel dial, Arabic indexes, minute track, outer seconds track with red Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the constant seconds and 30 minute register, gold Louis XV hands. Lucia case, hinged bezel. 18 carat rose gold and glazed cuvettes. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed.
