A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating split seconds chronograph with registers, circa 1912. Manual winding nickel lever movement, 39 jewels, bimetallic balance, repeating on two gongs. White enamel dial, painted Breguet numerals, outer red numerals calibrated for 60 units further divided into 1/5th second subunits, recessed subsidiary dials for 30 minute register and constant seconds, gold Louis XVhands. Minute repeating slide to the band. Case, dial, movement and cuvette signed. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming date of sale in 1916.
