A Scottish fine gold, enamel and pearl verge watch, circa 1800, gilt lateral lever movement, signed John White, Edinburgh, plain three arm balance, balance cock pierced and engraved, index for regulation.
White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, gold hands, case back with translucent blue enamel over an engine-turned starburst ground, pearl-set front and back bezels, the inner case stamped with lion passant, signed on the movement.
