A fine Swiss 14 carat gold open faced keyless wind lever watch, circa 1925. Retailed by Ryrie Birks. The watch features a Swiss lever movement. It has a brushed silver dial with applied Arabic numerals, gold dot minute markers around the edge, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and gilt cathedral style hands. The 14 carat yellow gold case has a hinged back, which is monogrammed with M.C.B. Both the dial and case are signed by the maker, and the movement is signed by the maker and the retailer, Ryrie Birks.

The case is overall in very good condition, with light surface scratches present throughout. It has been gently polished previously. The dial is also in very good condition, although the hands and indices exhibit some surface scratches and oxidation. The movement is functioning properly.
