A Swiss 14 carat pink gold open faced keyless pocket watch, made by Zenith in Le Locle,  circa 1909. An engine turned case back with, in the center, an escutcheon and a gilded metal cuvette. White enamel dial, with suspended Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and gilded metal Louis XV hands. A gilded brass movement, going barrel, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, polished steel index regulator with swanneck spring and precision regulating device for fast/slow by means of an eccentric snail. Signature on the dial, case and movement.
