An extremely beautiful Swiss IWC gold hunting cased keyless lever Art Deco pocket watch with gold chain, circa 1925. This rare hunting cased watch is made of 14K gold, featuring a relief band and carrying case number 871796. The watch has a frosted gilt movement, 16 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a cut bimetallic compensation balance, and a steel balance spring. The movement number is 840006. The watch has an original gilt dial with Arabic radial hours, an outer minutes track, an outer 24-hour indicator, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, and Breguet steel hands. Accompanying the watch is a beautiful 14K gold watch chain weighing approximately 17.5 g. The watch is in very good condition and is fully functional.
