Gold unusual pocket watch with nobility monogram

An unusual gold hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1890. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, features a spring lid with a noble monogram and numbered cuvette. The white enamel dial has Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine steel moon hands. The early Patek Philippe bridge movement features an anker chronometer escapement.
The cuvette and movement are signed.
