Gold open faced lever pocket watch

An anker chronometer pocket watch in rare small size made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1905. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from
18 carat gold. Its white enamel dial has black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and fine gold hands. The numbered movement is fitted with an anker chronometer escapement, a special fine adjusting device and is decorated with Geneva striping.
Movement and cuvette are signed and have matching numbers.
