Gold pocket watch with filigree grained case

A fine Boule de Genève, circa 1860. The case of this watch is crafted from 18 carat gold and is decorated with filigree graining as known from the Boules de Genève made by Patek, Philippe & Cie. Winding and time setting are done by turning the case halves according to the LeCoultre patent. The white enamel dial has black Arabic hour numerals except for the red 12, gold minute dots and black hands. The numbered movement has a cylinder escapement.
