A very fine American 18 carat yellow gold skeletionized keyless dress watch, made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, circa 1920. The gold case is in two parts, with a stepped bezel and sapphire crystals. A transparant skeletionized dial with black feuille hands. A gilt brass, skeletonized and hand engraved movement, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self compensating flat balance spring. Signature on the movement.
