A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930. The lever movement with 18 jewels. Two tone silvered sector dial with gold faceted hour markers, black outer minute divisions and gold dauphine hands. The plain case with a snap on back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered, the movement is further stamped PXP.
