Open faced lever watch by Patek Philippe made for Tiffany & Co.

A Geneva gentleman’s pocket watch, circa 1922, and delivered to Tiffany & Co.
The polished case is 18 carat gold with an engraved monogram and a gold dome. The dial is matted with Arabic Breguet numerals, auxiliary seconds and blued spade hands. And the movement is a bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with “Geneva striping” decoration, eight adj., 18 jewels, wolfteeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance and counterpoised “Moustache” lever.

 In 1874 Tiffany & Co. started a watch factory in Geneva, which lasted about four years (low production). Patek, Philippe & Co. assumed the management of their Geneva watch business. The watch machinery was returned to America.
