Large rose gold lever watch by Patek Philippe

A fine and large Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, made for the brazilian market; “chronometro gondolo”, circa 1905.
White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds at 6 and special dial with Gothic letters painted “RAUL DE LEMOS ” in place of numerals, made for the Brazilian market. Case back guilloché engine-turned.
