Gold hunting cased lever watch

A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased pocket watch made by Omega, circa 1915. It has a hand wound mechanical movement with a lever escapement, signed by the maker. The white enamel dial is signed OMEGA SUISSE and shows bold black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer railway minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel hands (one missing). The 18 carat yellow gold full hunter case is decorated on the back with an engraved coat of arms featuring a central shield flanked by two rampant horses as supporters, all topped by a noble’s crown.
