A fine and rare Swiss, thin and elegant, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch with spring-loaded sliding shutters, circa 1925. A polished case, the back with engraved monogram, front with the aperture for two gold shutters revealing the dial by pressing the button at 6 o’clock. Matte champagne dial, Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Black steel spade hands. A rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Cartier, case and movement signed Haas.
