A very fine and rare Swiss, 18K gold, diamond and green enamel heart-shaped pendant watch, circa 1850. Accompanied by a matching gold bow shaped and green enamel pin. The bezels and band are engraved, and the front and back covers are set with green guilloche enamel with a central diamond-set floral motif, with gold engraved leaves. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute indexes, and Blued steel Breguet hand. A heart-shaped, frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm flat-rim balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. Cuvette numbered.
