A fine and rare, thin Swiss 18K gold and painted-on enamel lady’s pendant watch, circa 1840. The back is decorated with a finely painted enamel view of Lake Geneva with a royal blue and foliate engraved gold border. White enamel dial with radial radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and black Breguet hands. Bagnolet calibre movement chased and engraved with foliate scrolls, ten jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm brass balance, and an index regulator disc.
