A fine 18 Carat gold and painted on enamel lady’s pendant watch. Made by Alpine Lake, Switzerland and retailed by A. Soualle, Paris, Circa 1860.
Four-body and a scallop edged case of which the bezel is decorated with royal blue enamel and flowers within an engraved gold border, the back is similarly decorated with a central alpine lake view surrounded by flowers and trees and a hinged gold cuvette.
White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and blued steel Breguet hands.
Matte gilt movement with bar calibre, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement, three arm flat rim balance, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Cuvette signed by the retailer.
